We're building the company we'd want to hire.
Real estate has changed. Competition is tougher. Marketing costs keep climbing. Clients expect more than ever. At the same time, every dollar you spend has to prove its value.
We've been there — not just behind a camera, but behind listing presentations, marketing campaigns, and digital content. We've seen what happens when a great property is marketed poorly. We've also watched companies grow so large they forget what it's like to care. You get passed from scheduler to photographer to editor to customer service until you're just another order number in someone else's system. That's not why OPV exists.
Right now we're offering introductory pricing — not because the work is worth less, but because we're earning our place in this market. We'd rather prove ourselves with quality than convince you with promises.

My background combines photography, graphic design, video, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
I built Orlando Property Visuals to give Central Florida real estate professionals access to professional-quality media while keeping the process straightforward and personal.

Here's exactly what happens, start to finish.
You reach out
Text, call, or email. Address, square footage, property type, and roughly when you need it live. That's enough to get started — 30 seconds of your time.
We send your quote
A written quote with every line item and the total. If we need more detail — occupied or vacant, pool, acreage, gate codes, tenant access — we ask now, not the morning of the shoot.
We lock the date
Once the date, time, and price are confirmed in writing, you're on the calendar. You get a confirmation with the arrival window and a prep checklist to forward to your seller.
We shoot
We show up on time and handle everything — interiors, exteriors, drone, video. No supervision needed. Most shoots run 45–90 minutes depending on the property.
You review watermarked previews
Within 24–48 hours, your full gallery goes out watermarked. You see every image before you pay a dollar. Nothing is hidden and nothing is held back.
Payment, then full-resolution delivery
Once payment clears, your unwatermarked, MLS-ready files land in your inbox — full-res, web-sized, and vertical crops for social.
