Celebration is a planned town in Osceola County that was started in the 1990s. Its homes were built to a set of traditional styles, so many listings have front porches, columns, picket fences, shutters and garages that open onto rear alleys. That gives Celebration exteriors a clean street view, and it is worth photographing the front of the home without cars or garage doors in the way.
Inside, homes range from compact cottages and townhomes to larger estate homes. We shoot HDR photos with level verticals and true color, so high ceilings, staircases, porches and open kitchens look the way they do when a buyer walks in.
Neighborhoods
Village by village
Homes around downtown, near Market Street and the lakefront, include townhomes, cottages and apartments over shops. The established areas such as North Village and South Village are mostly single-family homes on tree-lined streets. Newer sections, including Artisan Park, Lake Evalyn and Island Village, have newer construction, more townhomes and homes close to water and preserve land.
Each one sells a little differently. A downtown townhome listing is about the walk to dinner and the view from the balcony. A home in one of the villages is often about the porch, the yard, the pool and the parks nearby.

Celebration sits next to the Walt Disney World area, which has standing flight restrictions. Every drone flight is checked for airspace availability before the shoot, and some addresses may not allow aerials at all. If a flight is not possible, we tell you before the shoot so you can choose the Photo package instead of Photo + Drone.
Where flights are allowed, Photo + Drone shows the lot, the street and the home's place in the neighborhood. Our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified.

Many Celebration buyers are buying into the town itself: the downtown lake, the parks, the trails and the pools. The $49 Community add-on adds photos of the community so the listing can show what is around the home. A listing video and a basic Zillow 3D Home tour are $49 each and help buyers who are relocating see the layout before they visit.

What makes one Celebration home different
Because many homes on the same street share a style, the details are what set one listing apart: a remodeled kitchen, a renovated porch, a pool, a corner lot, a view of a park or the water. We make sure those details are photographed clearly and early in the gallery.
Celebration has a mix of owner-occupied homes and rentals, so some homes are lived in by tenants during the listing. It helps to schedule the shoot with them in advance, put away personal items and open the blinds. Our shoot-prep checklist covers the rest.

Pricing, travel and turnaround in Celebration
Photo is $99 and Photo + Drone is $139 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft, or $69 and $99 for a new client's first shoot. Homes from 2,501 to 3,500 sq ft add $19, homes from 3,501 to 5,000 sq ft add $29, and homes over 5,000 sq ft get a custom quote. There is no payment at booking. Your watermarked preview is ready in 24–48 hours, and you pay after you review it.
We are based in St. Cloud, and Celebration is about 23 to 24 driving miles away. That is inside the 30 miles included in every shoot, so Celebration addresses normally have no travel fee. If an address is ever more than 30 driving miles from St. Cloud, extra miles are $1.65 each and the fee is calculated when you book.

Do you photograph homes with rear-alley garages?
Yes. Many Celebration homes have garages on a rear alley. We photograph the front of the home from the street and, if you want, the back and the garage from the alley, so buyers see both sides.
