Clermont is in south Lake County, west of Orlando. Unlike most of Central Florida, the land here rolls, and the city sits along the Clermont Chain of Lakes, including Lake Minneola next to downtown. Many listings have a view across hills or water, and some homes sit on larger lots with long driveways or sloped yards.
We shoot HDR photos with level verticals and true color, so open kitchens, great rooms and pool areas look the way they do in person. On sloped or elevated lots, we also look for exterior angles that show the setting honestly, without making the home look larger or smaller than it is.
Neighborhoods
From downtown to new communities
Downtown Clermont has older homes near the lakefront park and the trail along the water. Out along US-27 and SR-50, there are many newer master-planned communities, golf neighborhoods and 55+ communities such as Kings Ridge, along with homes on acreage farther from the main roads.
A downtown lakefront home sells on the water and the walk to town. A newer home in a community sells on space, finishes, the pool and the amenities nearby. We adjust each shoot to the home in front of us.

Photo + Drone is often the right package in Clermont. Aerial photos show the lot, the lake frontage and the view in a way ground photos cannot. Drone flights are checked for airspace availability before the shoot, and our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified.

Getting a hillside or lakefront home ready
For lakefront homes, take covers off boats and lifts where you can and clear the dock. For sloped or large lots, mow and edge before the shoot so the yard reads clean from the air and from the street. Inside, turn on every light, open the blinds and clear the counters. Clermont resale homes often compete with new construction along the main roads, so mature landscaping, a pool, a view or a larger lot are worth showing clearly. We plan the shot list around those strengths.

Do you photograph the view from inside the home?
Yes. When a room looks out over a lake or the hills, we photograph it so the view shows through the windows, using HDR so the room and the view are both clear.
What if it is too windy to fly?
Interior and ground photos are not affected. If wind or weather makes a drone flight unsafe, we will talk with you about rescheduling the aerials.
