South of downtown, Horizon West has grown into a large area of master-planned communities, with neighborhoods such as Hamlin, Summerlake and Lakeshore Preserve and many new-construction homes and townhomes. These listings are often similar in floor plan to their neighbors, so clean photos of the finishes, the yard and the community help a home stand out.

We shoot HDR photos so bright windows and interior rooms both read clearly, with level verticals and true color. In older homes, that means showing original details and updates honestly. In newer homes, it means clean wide shots of open kitchens, great rooms, lofts and primary suites, so buyers can understand the layout before they visit.
Every package includes a 2D floor plan with total square footage, which is helpful when buyers are comparing several similar new homes. Floor plans are approximate.

Photo + Drone adds aerial photos that show the lot, the street and nearby lakes, parks or open land. Drone flights are checked for airspace availability before the shoot, and our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified.
Many Horizon West buyers are choosing a community as much as a house. The $49 Community add-on adds photos of the community, such as pools, parks and trails, so the listing shows what is near the home.

A listing video is a horizontal gimbal walkthrough set to music, and a basic Zillow 3D Home tour lets buyers move room to room on Zillow. Each is a $49 add-on, and both are useful for relocation buyers who want to see the flow of the home first.

Resales next to new construction
In Horizon West, resale homes often compete with new homes from nearby builders. A resale usually has things a new build does not, such as finished landscaping, window coverings, a fenced yard or a pool already in place. We make sure those finished details are easy to see in the photos.
If you are listing a newly finished home, a little prep goes a long way: take builder stickers off windows and appliances, clear any construction debris, make sure every light works and sweep the driveway. Our shoot-prep checklist has the full list.

Homes from 2,501 to 3,500 sq ft add $19, homes from 3,501 to 5,000 sq ft add $29, and homes over 5,000 sq ft get a custom quote. There is no payment at booking.
